How cancellations and refunds are handled at each stage of a project.
Before design starts
If you cancel before design work begins, the advance is refunded in full minus any third-party costs already paid, such as domain registration.
During design stage
If you cancel after design work has begun but before development, 50% of the advance is refunded and the approved designs remain with us.
After development starts
Once development begins, payments are non-refundable because engineering time has been allocated. We will still deliver the completed portion of the work.
Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, payment gateway and licence fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable in all cases.
Easy Pay cancellations
If an Easy Pay project is cancelled, payments already made are adjusted against work completed and the remaining schedule is closed.

Send refund requests on WhatsApp or call +91 62620 13335 with your project name. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
